Edgewood Dental Associates is a well-established, high-performing private practice just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, near major landmarks including PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, and PPG Paints Arena. Our patient-centered offices provide comprehensive general, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry, keeping as much care in-house as possible.
Our 16-operatory practice (with room for expansion) features a large, collaborative team: 8 dental assistants (including 4 EFDAs), 7 hygienists, and 5 front-office staff. This ensures that every associate is fully supported and can focus on patient care rather than staffing challenges. Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Guarantee: $650–$750/day during initial credentialing or transition period (typically first 4 months), adjusted based on experience.
- Production Compensation: 30% of collections after initial period.
- Earnings Potential: $200,000–$300,000+, with top earners exceeding $300,000/year.
- Benefits Include:
- Paid malpractice insurance (up to $2,000/year)
- Continuing Education: $3,000 annual allowance

- Lab fees paid by employer (except Botox and Invisalign shared cost)
The Opportunity
As an Associate Dentist at Edgewood Dental, you will provide comprehensive general dentistry including:
- Restorative dentistry, cosmetic procedures, Invisalign, implants, and oral surgery
- Opportunities to fully utilize your skills in Endodontics, Orthodontics, and implant placement
- Work alongside experienced colleagues with access to mentorship from Dr. Brown (over 40 years of experience) and informal guidance from other associates
- Initial structured mentorship plan, adjustable based on your learning goals
Technology & Clinical Capabilities:
- Digital X-rays, CBCT, 4 iTero scanners
- Modern digital workflow with Open Dental
Schedule:
- Full-time, 4 days per week
- Schedule can be customized per doctor to accommodate individual needs and patient flow
Ideal Candidate:
- GPR with 1–2 years of private practice experience preferred, but all levels considered
- Strong communicator, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a thriving practice
- Eager to develop a patient base and contribute to a high-performing, supportive environment
